New drive way completed and parking area completed November 2011.  The slope is much more manageable and the stairs where rebuilt leading up to the house.  There is also a new parking area added and a total of four to five cars can now comfortably park.

We are renting to only friends and family who will take good care of the home at much lower rates than other homes in the area. We will ask you to do some minor house keeping while you are there.  Check the Rates/Calendar column to the left for availability and prices.

House is under 5 minutes to the mountain.  We still have to clear a path down to the water so you can not access the lake from directly across the house. Sunapee State Park is across from the mount Sunapee entrance.   It has a boat drop, big sandy beach, play ground, can rent kayaks/canoes.  Lake water is crystal clear, fed by fresh spring water.  There is also another small beach/dock around the corner.  It is by a gazebo and old train.  Come out the street take a right onto 103 then another right at the end of the road and you are there.

Max Number of People

The home sleeps 10 and ask the maximum number or people in the home be capped at 10.  See below for details of the sleeping areas. 

Cooking- Full kitchen should have everything you need.  See below for details

Sheets/Pillows-  We have plenty of clean sheets, pillow cases, pillows and blankets.

ABOUT THE HOME- Custom built 3 bedroom home completed in Summer of 2008.  The only things that aren't new are the walls, base floors, foundation and roof.
